Space Marine 2 has been out for just a few weeks now, and Cavill fans and Tyranid haters alike have been smashing, shooting, gutting and squishing alien space bugs in delight ever since.
To keep players on the hype train of this meaty, 40K game, however, Saber Interactive has just released a video detailing its plans for the future of Space Marine 2, starting with a monster Season 2 update.
Season 2 will introduce a new, massive Tyranid enemy called the Hierophant Bio-Titan. This colossal new monstrosity will feature in the co-op PvE game mode, where you and three of your bravest friends can attempt to take it down. To assist with defeating this enemy, Saber Interactive is also adding a new weapon, the Neo-Volkite Pistol, and for those who enjoy operations, but find them a little too easy, a new Lethal difficult is being brought in.
Following Season 2, Saber Interactive will introduce new PvE and PvP modes in Season 3, alongside new prestige ranks. Then Season 4 will add another new enemy, some more new weapons and exciting new Horde Mode.
While all these updates will be free for everyone, those who have the Season Pass will also receive a few new cosmetics that showcase the Dark Angel colours.
