Thanks to Fortnite’s latest blog post, FOMO will be a thing of the past for anyone who missed out on previous battle-pass exclusives.
Fortnite explains that all items, including Outfits, Back Blings, Pickaxes, Emotes, Instruments, Decals, Wraps, Loading Screens, Banner Icons, and more, will be available in the standard store 18 months after the battle pass expires.
This allows users who may have taken a break from the game the chance to pick up some of the cool IP that has passed through the Fortnite battle pass.
Fortnite has explained, however, that not everything will come to the store, meaning there will still be a few battle pass exclusives. The best way to get all the loot is to still keep playing the game endlessly, without fail. Items remaining as battle pass exclusives will be marked as such in the battle pass.
These changes won’t affect the cost of future battle passes, which will remain at 950 V Bucks. Levelling up your pass will still earn you 1500 V Bucks as well.
Is there an item that you weren’t able to grab from past battle passes that you’re excited to pick up after the announcement, or are you a greedy goblin, angered at the news that others can now be just as cool as you with your Batman skin?
