As if we weren’t already at maximum excitement levels, Shawn Fonteno, the voice behind the iconic Franklin Clinton from Grand Theft Auto 5, has just taken to social media to hype up the upcoming reveal trail for Grand Theft Auto 6.
With only a few weeks left until the trail drops, Shawn Fonteno went on Xitter to excitedly drop this Tweet (which was removed almost as soon as it was sent):
“IF I TOLD YALL I MIGHT GET IN TROUBLE”.
Now, to play devil’s advocate, the Tweet doesn’t explicitly mention GTA. However, much of his Twitter is dedicated to the upcoming game and considering it’s down to a few weeks until the reveal, it’s fair to assume his now deleted Tweet had to do with the game.
For those who have somehow not yet been swept up in the GTA 6 madness, it was announced by Rockstar co-founder Sam Houser that the official reveal trial for the next Grand Theft Auto will be arriving early in December.
And if Shawn Fonteno does have something big to share, it begs the question of whether or not Frankin Clinton will be making an appearance in this new game.
As for when exactly the trailer will be dropping in December, there are two likely dates. The first is Geoff Keighley’s The Game Awards, which will be live on the 7th of December or, more likely, it could be dropped on the 10th of December, Rockstar’s 25th anniversary.
