It’s been over a year since Shudder and DreadXP first announced an anthology horror video game based on the Creepshow series. Now, we finally have our first teaser trailer for it, revealed at the Indie Horror Showcase last night.
For those who don’t know, Creedshow is a Shudder original TV Show based on the 1982 George A. Romero film and the 1950s comic created by Stephen King.
Not much is known yet about the game other than Darkstone Digital is developing it from The Mortuary Assistant fame, alongside DreadXP.
Brian Clarke, the developer of The Mortuary Assistant, will serve as creative director of the upcoming game and had this to say ahead of the teaser trailer being revealed:
“I’m extremely excited to be part of this project. I’ve always loved Creepshow’s format–and the idea of driving the cohesion of multiple perspectives on horror is really compelling to me.”
Now, without further ado, here is the first teaser.
Now, we want to know what you think about the teaser. Are you excited for Creepshow to be adapted as a video game? Let us know in the comments.
