Those who grew up playing the cult-classic 16-bit Gargoyles video game have a reason to be excited today because Empty Clip Studios has just released the first trailer for the upcoming Gargoyles Remastered video game, and it looks pretty damn awesome.
While we don’t have many details about this project, Gargoyles Remastered will be a revival of the ’90s classic 16-bit side-scrolling platform adventure from the Sega Genesis days.
Players can relive the epic journey of their childhood with enhanced visuals, animations, and SFX, all inspired by the acclaimed animated series.
The trailer shows off some of the gameplay and new features players can expect when the game releases, such as the ability to rewind and a new visual style, which players can use or stick with the original graphics.
Gargoyles Remastered is set to release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on the 19th of October this year.
