Most gamers out there love collecting cool merchandise from the game franchises we love. Sometimes it’s a 30cm figurine of Lara Croft; other times, it’s a keyring of a Pokeball. Either way, our inner collectors are always on the lookout for something epic.
PDP have just added some amazing-looking controllers to their line-up that I think would look much better on my shelf than most other controllers.
Their REALMz range of products features a mini diorama inside the hardware for everyone to gawk at instead of actually playing the game, and they’ve just added a much-loved classic to the range: Sonic.
The new controllers contain a fully imagined in-game scene with a collectable figure inside one of the grips of the controller, in-cased in a premium clear shell to allow for all the viewing angles. You also get added LED lights to help brighten up the scene and add in some cool RGB effects.
Currently you are able to grab a Sonic, Tails and Knuckles version of the controller for the Nintendo Switch, just a Sonic version for Xbox/PC, or if your controller shelf is full, they also have a Sonic Headset for supersonic hearing.
You can check out the full REALMz range over on the PDP website, or, if you prefer actually gaming with your controllers instead of collecting them, you can check out our Controller Roundup, where we tested ten different controllers and how they all game.
