V-Rising is an absolute banger of a game, according to reviews. Basically, scoring 9/10 on most platforms, and I have still yet to find the time to actually get a game going. I have even convinced friends to buy it so we could play together, and they’ve just gone ahead and played without me.
Well, hopefully, this new DLC they’ve just announced will finally get me to hop online. The Secrets of Gloomrot update is set to rise up on the 17th of May. It’ll be a free DLC that includes a whole new region, 30 new enemy types and 13 new bosses. A new school of spells is being added along with new weapons, new points of interest and a snazzy visual update. All jam-packed into one mutated, experimental mash-up of beasts, ghouls and castle building.
