PUBG Mobile, you know it, I know it, your mama knows it. Now imagine it… with Zombies!
The developers of PUBG Mobile, Lightspeed Studios, have been working on a new mobile zombie survival game called Undawn, and they are finally ready to open up pre-registration to the masses. To tickle our taste buds just a little more, Lightspeed also dropped a new trailer alongside the pre-registration campaign. The pre-registration campaign is a tier-based rewards system that will unlock more and more rewards for the more players that sign up for the game before its launch later this year.
Lightspeed has some pretty ambitious hopes for Undawn as they try to create a vast, open-world survival MMO for mobile gamers. The plans are to allow gamers to team up with anyone else in the changing, yet persistent world, to explore and survive. Along with a dynamic weather system, Lightspeed is implementing a large-scale base building system, which I assume is the persistent element of the game. Similar to Rust in a sense.
Unfortunately for South African zombie hunters, the game is not yet available on the iOS and Google Play Stores, but I’ve yet to see that stop a determined gamer.
