Yesterday, the official Crew game Twitter account responded to a tweet from last year from one of their game’s popular content creators, predicting that Crew 3 would be announced in 2023.
Their response was simple but clear, “Tomorrow. 5 PM UTC/9 AM PST.” The tweet confirms that Crew 3 will be announced tonight at 7 PM for us in South Africa.

The Crew 2, released in 2018, is a racing game developed by Ivory Tower and published by Ubisoft. The game is available on Windows, PlayStation, and Xbox and has an open-world setting that lets players roam freely in a scaled-down version of the US.
The game offers a range of vehicles for players to control, such as cars, motorcycles, boats, and aeroplanes. While Crew 2 is certainly not the most highly rated game of all time, it did receive some positive reviews and still boasts an active community.
One great thing about Crew 2 is that the game is still receiving content updates almost five years after its release. I’ve played the game a little, and as a car fan, I was quite impressed at the sheer number of real-world cars available.
While it’s unclear whether the upcoming Crew 3 will be exclusive to next-gen consoles, many fans are hoping for improved graphics and an increase in FPS, as the current game is capped at only 60 FPS.
