The WandaVision finale is out today, but not everyone is going to be watching it as soon as it appears so, for the love of Jimmy Woo, keep the ending to yourself.
This also goes for news writers and YouTubers who have an obnoxious tendency to put spoilers directly in the headline, or feature spoiler thumbnails in the feed, the day after an episode airs. Randall Park and Kat Dennings may not mention you, but I’ve seen you and I hate you. This should also serve as a warning to anyone that isn’t up-to-date on their WandaVision episodes and who doesn’t enjoy spoilers. Maybe just avoid the internet until you get through it all.
WandaVision, a Marvel Studios series focussed on post-Endgame Wanda Maximoff and Vision supposedly living their best lives in sitcom bliss, has become a must-watch experience for its technical brilliance and WTF moments. Which also means it has inspired a number of fan theories attempting to predict the ending. Just manage your expectations, because director Matt Shakman has warned, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, that the finale won’t please everyone.
I know there are so many theories out there; there will be a lot of people who will no doubt be disappointed by one theory or another. But we’re always telling this story about Wanda dealing with grief and learning how to accept that loss, and hopefully people will find that the finale is surprising but also satisfying…
I’m glad a stuck with it after the first two episodes, but, man, if I didn’t know the premise I wouldn’t have kept watching.
You can find WandaVision on Disney Plus.
