Archives is a limited-time event revolving around story-driven co-op missions “from pivotal moments in Overwatch history”. The event missions, changing each week, are Uprising, Retribution, and Storm Rising. This year, Blizzard has also added weekly Challenge Missions that add new modifiers to old missions in order to increase their difficulty.
Win Quick Play, Competitive, or Arcade games to earn unique skins, sprays, and player icons (related to Holi, Torbjörn, and Mei) only available through the Weekly Challenges. Otherwise, the first time you complete an Archives mission, you’ll also earn an Archives Loot Box, giving you a chance to earn past skins. You can just buy the loot boxes, too.
The Archives event is currently live and will run until 02 April 2020.
