John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum only came out two weeks ago, but its made $93 million so far so I think it’s fair to say the third instalment of John’s vengeventures is popular. The creators agree, so John Wick: Chapter 4 is set for release in 2021.
The news was, appropriately, announced via text message.
What started out as the world’s most justified, and stylish, rampage in the history of cinema has become more complicated with every chapter. So complicated, in fact, that you have to wonder why exactly the world needs so many assassins? Are there any normal people left? Do the police even exist? Where can I get two murder-malinois? Asking for a friend.
There was excellent use of horse and doggo in Parabellum, so I look forward to the new and inventive ways John will find to murder those what done him wrong. I predict there will be one line of dialogue and a horde of weaponised stealth pigeons.
John Wick: Chapter 4 is set for release 21 May 2021.
