Steam Feudal Fest: Party Like A Peasant

Huzzah! Thine priest hath rungeth the bell, withwich meaneth the time for gaming hast been thrust upon us!

Or whatever they would say if Steam were around in the 1300’s.

Instead, it is 2025, and Steam has launched yet another fest for us gamers on a budget looking for something to add to our backlogs: The Steam Feudal Fest! With more games being added as the days roll on by, here at NAG, we donned our suits of armour and picked our favourite games from the list so far. Be sure to check them out, and keep checking in every day until the 3rd of February as the festival continues.

Against The Storm

Price: R199.50

Sure, the terms “Roguelite” and “Procedurally Generated” might’ve been the flavour of the month a couple of years ago, but when you throw in a little city building and a touch of pleasing the Scorched Queen, you’ve got yourself a game that piques our interests at NAG.

With over one hundred game alterations and six different biomes, Against The Strom will test your metal and your ability to adapt how your cities are built.

Manor Lords
Get It Here
Price: R349.30

Whether you’re a seasoned city-builder with a fondness for medieval chaos or a total newbie trying to make sense of your fledgling settlement, there’s one thing you’ll quickly learn – Manor Lords is full of surprises.

The game has stolen the heart, and all the time, away from NAG’s own Arielle and is sure to steal yours, too. So, set your kids out in the fields and get your partner to bake you some bread for the next three months because Manor Lords is all you’ll be playing.

While technically releasing the day after the festival ends, on the 4th of February, we’re so excited for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II at the NAG office that we just couldn’t not add it to this list. With just a week to go before the game officially launches, we hope you’ve been practising how to swing your father’s sword. The game is currently on pre-order for a healthy 950 pieces of gold.
