With just seven weeks to go before the launch of Space Marine 2 on the 9th of September, it looks like some players are getting a run at that cancelled public beta after all. An unknown source posted a full build of the game on a Russian tracking site, and over 500 users have already downloaded it.
According to information shared on the subreddit r/GamingLeaksAndRumours, the game is entirely playable from start to finish, includes server binaries so that you can play multiplayer with friends and includes a developer playground, as it is a bit of a dev.
Some elements in the UI and the menus still use placeholders, but for the most part, the game is fully functional.

The main folder is dated “20/06/24,” but some users have noticed that the game’s .exe file dates back to February. While still claiming that this build is too complete and too polished to be dated so far back.
Videos of the leaked game’s gameplay were released to YouTube, but Saber Interactive has been quick to remove them as soon as possible. However, we were able to find a pretty small channel with about 15 minutes of terrible-quality 360p gameplay.
From what we’ve seen, the game is set to be one hot, gory, chaotic mess, and we can’t wait to get our hands on the official release when Saber Interactive decides it’s actually ready.
