As a follow-up to the chart-topping Stellar Blade, developer Shift Up has already started to work on their next game and is looking towards the future of Stellar Blade.
Thanks to an article published on Yonhap News Agency and then translated on X, we now know that Shift Up’s next game will be a AAA urban sci-fi action RPG being developed under the codename Project Witches.

As of writing this piece, there isn’t much to go on about Project Witches. However, the hiring page for the game mentions that it will be next-gen and cross-platform, but that’s hardly a surprise; the listing also mentions that Project Witches is set to be released sometime in 2027.
Shift Up is also considering the possibility of a sequel to Steller Blade and a PC port—however, neither of these has been confirmed.
