And just like that, the release window for Grand Theft Auto 6 is starting to peek out from the horizon. Thanks to publisher Take-Two Interactive’s 2024 year-end financial report, the game is expected to be released on consoles in the fall of 2025.
That means we have a release window of something in September, October, or November 2025—just so long as everything continues on plan.
Grand Theft Auto 6 will feature two protagonists who form a Bonnie and Clyde duo. It’s yet to be revealed if both characters will be playable, as the rumours have suggested.
In their financial meeting, Take-Two said about the upcoming title:
We are highly confident that Rockstar Games will deliver an unparalleled entertainment experience, and our expectations for the commercial impact of the title continue to increase.
It’s worth noting that Rockstar has only confirmed Grand Theft Auto 6 for consoles. Even though the game will almost definitely be coming to PC, when that will happen is anyone’s guess.
