THQ Nordic announced just yesterday that they would be hosting a digital showcase in early August this year, specifically on the 2nd of August at 9 PM local time.
The same procedure as last year? Our annual THQ Nordic Digital Showcase returns on August 2, 2024!

The announcement teases a few new announcements and updates on the Gothic 1 Remake, Titan Quest 2, and many more.
While gameplay footage from both the Gothic 1 Remake, an absolute RPG classic from the early 2000s, and Titan Quest 2, another banger of an RPG, would certainly be welcomed, many more fans seem to be excited about the new announcements.
In the comments below the post, there seems to be a lot of love for the square-pant-shaped sea sponge, Spongebob Squarepants, and his slew of games, but I can’t, for some reason, take any of those seriously. More realistically, a Darksiders 4 announcement or even a Wreckfest 2 might be something more up my alley.
Either way, the only way we’ll really know what THQ Nordic have hiding up its sleeves is by watching the showcase on either their YouTube, Twitch or Steam page when it airs.
Are you expecting anything from the showcase? Let us know what you’re excited about in the comments below.
