Multiversus, Rebuilt In Unreal Engine 5, Is Relaunching In May

After many of us have mentally laid Multiversus to rest, the game made like many good villains in a horror movie and sprang back to life this week.

This surprise resurrection comes over eight months after the game was officially taken offline after its open beta ended. But now, Multiversus is back, and Player First Games has announced it will get a full release on 28 May.

When Multiversus debuted in 2022, the game quickly attracted millions of payers before being suddenly ripped away from players.

However, the Multiversus, releasing in May, is different from the one we said goodbye to.

The game has been rebuilt from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5. According to director Tony Huynhy, the game will provide more consistent and accurate gameplay regardless of platform.

Each character in the game will also have new attacks and combat mechanics alongside a brand-new PvE mode.

But now I want to know from you, are you excited to play Multiversus? Let me know in the comments.
