What a year it’s been for Hogwarts Legacy. When the hugely popular Harry Potter RPG first debuted almost a year ago to the day, I don’t think anyone could have predicted just how successful the game would be despite the controversy surrounding the franchise.
But the game was and continues to be a huge hit. It was even the best-selling game of 2023, overtaking industry staples like Call of Duty in sales numbers. To reflect on the year and celebrate its first anniversary, the studio behind Hogwart Legacy has just dropped a highly amusing blooper-reel-style video to showcase how game development doesn’t always go according to plan.
The official Hogwarts Legacy X account has shared this funny montage of some of the best moments from the games development, and it features some of the most amusing bugs and issues developers encountered while working on Hogwarts Legacy.

Now that the first year has been wrapped up, all that’s left for fans of the game to do is speculate what a Hogwarts Legacy sequel could entitle. Are you still playing Hogwarts Legacy? Let me know in the comments.
