If you need a good laugh, Fortnite has you covered, and no, not just because your lack of skills is a joke but because of the game’s new JokeNite island.
For those who don’t know, The JokeNite is an island built by Epic and UEFN and produced by comedy legend Trevor Noah. The island will feature bite-sized sets from four renowned stand-up comedians, and jumping in is as easy as using this island code:
6296-7829-6524
The comedians featured in JokeNite will be Matthew Broussard (taking the form of Cuddle King), Marcia Belsky (taking the form of Opal), Scott Seiss (taking the form of Grill Sergeant), and, to top it off, Preacher Lawson (taking the form of Wailing Warrior).
At the show’s start, everyone in the audience can vote for which acts you’d like to see. If there are no votes, then you’ll get to see a mashup of everyone sets in a Mega-Medley.
JokeNite also features a TV mode which will replicate the camera style of a classic stand-up special. Up to 8 players can enjoy the shows at a time, so grab some snacks, call your friends and share some laughs in JokeNite – because who doesn’t love a good, free comedy special?
