While none of the changes coming to Genshin Impact when version 4.4 goes live are game-changing update4s, they are a big enough change to make the entire game feel more polished; as an example, the developers have confirmed that Travelers will now be provided with five more slots to build new team compositions.
Chenyu Vale is a brand-new location that will also be released in update 4.4. The area is filled with flowing rivers and underground sections for players to team up to explore.
Genshin Impact has revealed that from the next update, Travelers will utilise either the Quick Loadout or the Custom Loadout feature when equipping artefacts and thanks to some optimisations to Genshin Impact’s Serenitea Pot, players will be able to place more furnishings inside their realm.
The update will also feature several system changes, including a reminder for claiming Daily Commission rewards and being able to play the game in Borderless Mode on PC.
Besides quality-of-life features and more party slots, Genshin Impact update 4.4 will release an event wish, which offers players limited characters and their signature weapons.
One such character is Xianyun, who will deal high AoE damage and provide further utility even at low Constellation levels.
According to rumours, Xianyun will appear in Chenyu Vale alongside a free four-star unit, Gaming.
