Your bots will battle it out all weekend long, racking up as many points as they can. By 11:00 on the 10th of December, the eight bots with the most points will be put into a knockout-style face-off, where the three podium spots will be determined.
How it works:
In Raging Robots, you design and program a bot using drag-and-drop code blocks. You are able to test your bot against a few pre-built bots before finally submitting it for the competition. When designing a bot, you can customise it however you like, but remember to keep an eye on how different components affect your bot’s health, speed and damage.
The Breakdown:
To enter the competition, simply submit your best bot. Make sure it’s your absolute best bot, though, because after submission, you will no longer be able to modify your bot. Your bot will fight against other bots in the pool, accumulating points for every win. On Sunday, the 10th of December, at 11:00, the eight bots with the most points will fight against each other in a knockout-style tournament until the best three bots are determined. Entries open 08 December 09:00 and closes 10 December 09:00.
Prizes:
1st first-place winner will get their hands on an RTX 4080 Gigabyte Graphics Card.
2nd place will find themselves chilling out on a nice cushy Corsair gaming chair.
3rd place will get a new keyboard and mouse from Corsair to make sure they can land those headshots.
