Among Us Is Collabing With Some Of The Biggest Indie Games Ever

Somehow, a game about identifying space goons who want to sabotage your entire way of life (and your life) became something of legend and took the social deduction genre to new heights. And now it’s getting even better.

Announced earlier this week, Innersloth, the developers behind Among Us, are doing a new Cosmicube that features cosmetics from some other giant indie games like Celeste, Undertale, Crypt of the Necrodancer, Untitled Goose Game, A Hat in Time, Castle Crashers, and Alien Hominid.

For those who don’t know, a Cosmicube is Among Us’s version of a battle pass. Once purchased using Beans (an in-game currency), players can unlock the cosmetics by spending another currency they earn in-game. Simple.

There’s also no rush; the Cosmicube can be purchased with Beans until the 28th of February 2024, and once you’ve unlocked the Cosmicube, it’s yours, and you can take as long as you want to unlock the cosmetics without fear of being locked out.

This Cosmicube will include 25 hats, 18 skins, 12 nameplates, 9 visors, and 6 pets from the aforementioned indie gems. If you haven’t gone into Among Us in a while, this is the best possible time to because not only is the Cosmicube objectively great, but the last map that rolled out for the game has been one of the highest-rated ones yet.

If you don’t yet own Among Us but would like to, you can follow the link to its Steam page here or get it on whichever gaming device you prefer because, much like any good betrayer, it’s everywhere.
