It seems strange to write the words “release date is imminent” and “2024” so close together. Yet 2024 is close now, right around the corner, alongside The Division Heartland – if a Taiwanese rating board is to be believed.
To summarise, The Division Heartland has officially been rated by the Taiwanese rating board, suggesting that the game could be released in early 2024. Generally, developers leave rating their game up until they’re practically out the door, which is why this news is exciting.
Thanks to the eagle eyes of a Xitter user known as Kurakasis, we know that The Division Heartland received its rating on October 14, 2023, and was rated for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
1/ The Division: Heartland has received a rating in Taiwan on November 14. Games are rated there, at most, approximately 2-2.5 months before a planned launch or soft launch/open beta (for online games), so it might be coming very early in 2024.#TheDivisionHeartland #TheDivision pic.twitter.com/98GYw4NJit

However, it might be worthwhile curbing that excitement a little because Ubisoft has a reputation for delaying games. The Division Heartland was initially scheduled to be released sometime this year.
Although the fact that the game was rated implies that everything is almost ready and a release date announcement, however realistic, is immanent – which is exciting in its own right because the last time we saw much of the game was in late 2022.
In late 2022, 40 minutes of The Division Heartland gameplay had leaked online. Still, since that faithful day, everything has been quiet concerning the game… to0 quiet.
From what we know, The Division Heartland is an extraction-based free-to-play shooter where players must battle it out in the game’s fictional location, Silver Creek.
