Cat lovers rejoice there is a new cat game in town, and if the Steam reviews are anything to go by, it’s a goodie.
The premise of the game is simple. Players are put into the paws of a cat determined to build up a village and start a family. So it’s essentially Stardew Valley but with Cats.
Titled Cattails: Wildwood Story, the game offers players a lot. From farming to exploration, item collecting to recruiting new cats, interacting with villagers, and combat in the form of hunting small animals for food.
Currently, there are over 20 eligible cats for players to befriend, date, marry, and even have adorable kittens with.
The game also boasts a significant colony-building aspect where players will pick a spot on the map to settle and, from there, expand their town by attracting new residents.
