Corsair has taken customisability and open-sourced it with its latest Corsair Dominator RAM Modules, the Corsair Dominator Titanium.
These RAM modules feature a removable top bar that allows users to chop and change the different kinds of RGB styles they want on the top of the RAM. They can purchase these modules from Corsair themselves, or, if you’ve got the guts to do it, you can 3D print your own.
Corsair has added the DWG files for both the RGB and non-RGB versions of the top bar to its downloads page so that you can design your own 3D printable versions. Just search ‘Dominator’ from the search bar.
The files provide all the dimensions and what screw holes need to go where, so you’ll need to have a little bit of skill in the design department, but I’m sure that we’ll start to see a few designs pop up on the 3D printing websites pretty soon.
The Corsair Dominator Titanium is DDR5 RAM that works with both Intel XMP and AMD EXPO, and a 32GB Kit will cost you around R5,500.
With DOMINATOR TITANIUM kits, you can customize the look by 3D Printing your own tops!
