Bethesda games and massively impressive mods go together like Peanut Butter and Jam on your school lunch sarmie. One of the biggest mods that we hope to release soon is Fallout: London, a DLC-sized mod to Fallout 4 that promises more content than King Charles has castles.
The mod will add a “condensed version” of London to the game alongside new factions, storylines, weapons, creatures and NPCs. Team FOLON, the developers, say the map will be about as large as the Fallout 4 Commonwealth was in the vanilla game. (Vanilla is dev-speak for un-modded. No extras. Just plain. It’s also the best flavour of ice cream.)
In their Q3 2023 progress video, we catch a sneak peek of what will be added to the game.
Along with a new “apex predator” in the streets of Bromley called Dryads, there will also be a new gang, The Vagabonds, modelled off of one of the most popular British series to hit the streams. You guessed it, Peaky Blinders.
This new gang not only adds in that charismatic danger we’re so used to seeing on the show, but Team FOLON has also said that with them comes various quests for players to work through. Smuggling operations and high-stakes heists are on the cards for those who choose to align with the Vagabonds.
If you’d like to learn more about the mod itself, you can head over to their website here. With plans to release the mod this year, you all better ensure your pinkies are warmed up before Fallout: London drops.
