To wrap up a wonderfully short week, Friday has finally decided to arrive, which means it’s also the day that Epic Games Store pretends it’s Christmas and dishes out free games like it’s going out of fashion.
For those who don’t already know, every Thursday or sometimes Friday, Epic Games Store makes a game, and sometimes, if you’ve been very good, two games, available for gamers to download and add to their libraries for free.
All gamers need to do to grab this fantastic gift for themselves is log into their Epic account, redeem the game or games on offer and add it to their library. Forever.
Today, the Epic Games Store offers two games, Model Builder and Soulstice, until the 5th of October.
Model Builder

Usually retailing for R130, Model Builder is a simulation game that lets players dig deep into their own creativity and bring some incredible models to life.
The game has mostly positive reviews, with many of the reviews crediting the game as being great for gamers who want to get into model building but don’t have the space and time.
Model Builder lets players cut out, assemble, paint, and customize various models, from planes to tanks, ships and event figures.
Soulstice
[Get It Here]
Soulstice is a game that was first released almost a year ago to-the-day, to overwhelmingly positive reviews.
It’s a Hack and Slash game where players will explore a dark world brimming with hidden mysteries, master a diverse combat system, and inhabit the dual forces of two sisters in a coming-of-age dark fantasy story with fast-paced action, vicious enemies, and spectacular boss fights.
The game retails for R306, and many reviews call it one of the best Hack and Slash games heavily inspired by the greats like Devil May Cry, Bersek and Claymore.
If Model Builder or Soulstice look like the games for you, remember to head to the Epic Games Store and add them to your library before the 5th of October, when the next free game or games go live.
