Larian, the ever-over-achieving developers, has just released the second significant patch for Baldur’s Gate 3. In addition to many UI tweaks and bug fixes, the patch also adds some rather huge story content for Karlach.
Without going into spoiler territory at all, the new story content for Karlach consists of a new epilogue that builds on the ending options already in the game.
Patch 2 also brings a bunch of tweaks and optimisations ahead of the game’s PlayStation 5 release, scheduled for the 6th of September, and some of these tweaks include improved radial options, tooltips, and pathfinding.
The Withers’ Wardrobe of Wayward Friends is also here, allowing players to boot co-op partners custom characters from the party.
It’s worth acknowledging how much effort Larian has been putting into Baldur’s Gate 3 during development and with all the post-launch love.
