First announced on the 21st of June, Super Mario Bros. Wonder will be the first entirely 2D Mario game in over a decade. It will include beloved characters like Princess Peach, Princess Daisy, Yoshi, Mario, Luigi, and Toad, each sporting distinctive abilities.
The game will also introduce a new form for Mario, Elephant Mario. There will also be local cooperative play for up to four players and online play.
Super Mario Bros. Wonder is set to release exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on the 20th of October. Hopefully, tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct will reveal more gameplay and details for fans to enjoy.
