South Park fans rejoice; THQ Nordic has just revealed a brand new South Park game during the THQ Nordic 2023 digital showcase. The game is called Snow Day, and it will be a four-player co-op game about – and I’m sure you can guess it – a snow day.
Think ice skating, snowball fighters, snow devils and tobogganing – that’s everything that South Park: Snow Day aims to offer. It will see fan favourites Cartman, Stan, Kyle, and Kenny celebrating a snow day – the most magical day in any young child’s life.
But don’t get it wrong, this is still a South Park game, so it’s not going to be all good. Instead, Fireballs are rocketing down from the sky, and Cartman appears to be conjuring arcane missiles. It also seems like aliens are roaming the burning, blood-soaked streets of South Park, butchering children – because, of course, all of this is happening.
South Park: Snow Day stands out from the turn-based RPGs of The Stick of Truth and The Fractured But Whole, and we can’t wait to see how it all plays out.
THQ Nordic hasn’t shared any further information except that the game is expected to release sometime in 2024.
