If you’re searching for a new keyboard, why not get something that will serve as a constant nostalgic reminder of how old you truly are? I’m talking about the 8BitDo retro mechanical keyboard that is very clearly inspired by and modelled after the classic original Nintendo Entertainment System.
And not everything about the keyboard is retro, either. The keyboard has wireless and wired connectivity, easily swappable keys and dual programmable buttons to bring you all the modern luxuries while keeping the retro look and feel.
The 8BitDo retro mechanical keyboard is compatible with Windows 10 and Android 9.0. It can be connected via Bluetooth, wireless 2.4G or wired connection.
It has an 87-key layout and supports 8BitDo Ultimate Software V2 for custom keyboard mapping. The keyboard also has a built-in classic power status LED with an independent control panel.
And if you don’t want to rely on software to customise your keyboard, the keyboard comes with two large, programmable keys that can be mapped instantly without software. [If one is not programmed to rage quit Excel, you are doing it wrong. – Ed]
If you want to pick up one of these beauties for yourself, you can pick it up on either 8BitDo or Amazon for roughly R1,882.
