Street Fighter 6 Collaborating With Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Capcom has just announced a collaboration so unexpected that we wouldn’t blame you for wondering if it was April Fools, the partnership in question is between Street Fighter 6 and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise.

Since the release of the game in June, Capcom has been making sure to capitalise on Street Fighter 6’s momentum and popularity and has already had collaborations with Exoprimal and PUBG: Battlegrounds and now, fans will be able to play Street Fighter 6 as the iconic ninja turtles thanks to the games latest collaboration.

Unlike the previous collaborations, this time, there won’t be a crossover fighter and instead will see a series of costumes and accessory parts for Street Fighter 6’s Custom Character creator.

Players can dress up their characters as either Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, or Michelangelo. These costumes will come in full-body suits or smaller, more discreet accessories like marks.

The collaboration will also include new emotes, stamps and more when it rolls out on the 8th of August.

This is the second Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles X Street Fighter crossover this year. IDW Publishing put out a five-issue comic book miniseries featuring both properties earlier in the year.

What do you think of this collaboration? Are you excited to hit the streets dressed as your favourite turtle? Let us know in the comments.
