Overwatch is giving us a three-part mini-series and the first part will be out for us to watch this week already, on the 6th of July.
We haven’t heard much about the mini-series, but we do know that this series will explore more stories surrounding their favourite in-game heroes. More specifically, this series will show us the events before the Omnic Crisis uprising.
The teaser trailer gives us a little glimpse into the human A.I. relationship and how it initially started off well. We see Reinhardt, Reaper, and Ana appear in the teaser as well, and I’m not sure if that’s an early Torbjörn, but I guess we’ll have to watch to find out.
The episode will only run about 5 minutes long and premiers at 6 PM. You can tap the notify button to get YouTube to tell you when it’s out.
I’m not sure if this will appease the fans whose Overwatch 2 Story Mode has been severely chopped and changed, but it’s something, right?
