On their official website, Bandai Namco revealed the top five enemies killed by players in Elden Ring since its 2022 release. In under a year, Elden Ring has sold over 20 million copies, and it is wildly considered the best game of 2022 by critics and players alike.
Over the last twelve months, millions of players have explored the Lands Between and killed more enemies than what can be fathomed; thankfully, we don’t have to try to suck a number out of our thumb because it turns out that Bandai Namco has been keeping count and has now released this information to the public.
These stats show that 197 billion enemies have been defeated in total. To put this in perspective, this is many, many times the population of the earth, the planet we live on. Twenty-Four times our entire planet’s population, to be precise.

The stats also show the top five most slaughtered enemies were Albinauric, with 9.4 billion deaths; Putrid Corpse, with 8.9 billion deaths; Exiled Soldier, with 4 billion; Albinauric (Curved Sword), with 3.4 billion; and finally Demi-Human with 3 billion deaths.
Together these enemies make up 15% of the recorded deaths in the game. Bandai Namco also revealed that players had started 82 million Colosseum battles and rebirthed 38.6 million times.
