A new update for Nintendo Switch Online was just released for Expansion Pack subscribers, and with it, new games were added to the service, namely Ghouls ‘n Ghosts, Landstalker, Crusader of Centy, and The Revenge of Shinobi.
For those who don’t know, Nintendo Switch Online is a subscription service that started in 2018, giving subscribers access to NES, SNES, Game Boy, and Game Boy Color titles.
The service grew in 2021 when Nintendo introduced a more expensive tier called the Expansion Pack, which added Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis games to the service’s library.
The new update for the service this week added four Sega Genesis games. Ghouls ‘n Ghosts is a side-scroller first released in 1988 by Capcom. In it, gamers take on the role of King Arther, fighting undead monsters to resurrect people killed by Loki.
Four classic SEGA Genesis games have just been made available for #NintendoSwitchOnline + Expansion Pack members!

Crusader of Centy was released in 1994, and in this action RPG, players fight monsters and travel through time using a Kirby-type power that allows them to absorb different types of animals and use their abilities.
Nintendo Switch Online is a great way to replay your favourite Nintendo games from your childhood or dive into some older titles you always wanted to play but never got the chance to. What are your thoughts on the service? Let us know in the comments.
