Crash Bandicoot Is Heading To Call Of Duty

In a collaboration no one saw coming, Crash Bandicoot is heading to Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare 2, and it’s not even April Fools. Over the years, Call of Duty: Warzone has seen many weird and wonderful collaborations, notably franchises like Titan and Die Hard, and now, thanks to Activision, Crash Bandicoot.

Since releasing Call of Duty: Warzone in 2020, Activision has regularly updated the game and run fun, light-hearted events to keep the game feeling fresh and entertaining. In a YouTube video posted to the official Call of Duty YouTube channel, we get to see a bit of what the new crossover event will bring to the game.

The video highlights two Crash Bandicoot-themed Call of Duty weapon blueprints, one themed around Crash himself and the other themed around Coco Bandicoot. This event exists to celebrate the release of Crash Team Rumble. For 1,800 COD points, players can unlock both blueprints, the Bandicoot vehicle skin, and more.

The Bandicoot vehicle skin replaces the Call of Duty: Warzone ATV with a Wumpa fruit kart. Other highlights from the bundle are the weapon charms, including a Wumpa fruit, boxing glove, grapes, and a tiny Crash Bandicoot.

If you’ll excuse me, it’s time to boot up a beloved game again.
