Don’t Nod is the developer behind one of my all-time favourite game franchises, Life is Strange. Now they’re back, mixing up everything I thought I knew about them for their upcoming title.
Love them or hate them, Don’t Nod has made a name for itself by creating some of the best graphic adventure games around, from Tell Me Why to Twin Mirror and even The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit, before branching out to create Vampyr and Remember Me.
Over on Don’t Nod’s YouTube channel, the studio just dropped a trailer for a new game called Jusant. The game looks to be an action-puzzle climbing game, a rare genre that Don’t Nod is sure to weave a killer story into.
The game has been announced for later in 2023 and will be released on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, as well as available on Xbox Game Pass on launch.
The trailer reminds me of the latest Zelda game in all the right ways, and it looks to be a strong entry into the climbing game genre. What do you think of Jusant? Let me know in the comments below.
