Stray is a game that, when we reviewed on launch almost exactly a year ago, we said:
From beginning to end, Stray is an absolute joy of a game. Throughout the 6-10 hours of playtime, Stray never lets itself become overly complex, and the controls don’t require you to grow extra fingers to master. The difficulty also never even comes close to threatening your nine cat lives. Instead, Stay is a consistently entertaining, engaging and immersive game – something many other games could do well to emulate.
And now, thanks to the game coming to the Mac platform, even more gamers get to experience it, and we couldn’t be more overjoyed.
Up until now, Stray has been exclusive to Windows and PlayStation. Still, Annapurna Interactive and BlueTwelve Studio, the developers behind the game, have announced that the incredible puzzle platformer that sees players take control of a cat stuck in a post-apocalyptic world would soon be coming to Apple M1 or M2 processor Macs.
Stray is one of many games to have announced an upcoming Mac port, No Man’s Sky will also be headed to the platform as of today.
