To say Nintendo fans are excited for Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom to release is an understatement. Thankfully, Nintendo knows and understands how fans feel and has been going the extra mile to try and keep everyone sated until the game releases tomorrow.
The latest love kernel from Nintendo showed fans some early test footage of the company prototyping The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s Ultrahand ability. For those who don’t know, the Ultrahand ability allows Link to build and control structures, and it’s one of the most promising new features of the game.
Over the last few weeks, Nintendo has been promoting Tears of the Kingdom by releasing several developer Q&As. Now they’ve released a clip on the official Tears of the Kingdom subreddit showcasing the prototype of the Ultrahand ability.
In the video, we see Link using the Ultrahand ability to power a pair of player-crafted vehicles. The first of these contraptions is a car, and the second vehicle is a boat complete with two paddle wheels. So players get to see the ability in action and a great preview of what vehicle crafting in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will look like.
The Legends of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom launches for Nintendo Switch on May 12, A.K.A tomorrow, so you better make sure your sick day is booked and ready. However, you didn’t get that advice from me.
