I can’t believe it’s only been around a year since Elden Ring was released. I feel like there’s so much content on it still flowing through the internet that it should be at least, five years old.
This time though, it’s not about how someone beat the game in some ridiculous fashion, like having underpants on their head while only using their left foot. No. This time a fan has created a beautiful chess set using Elden Ring characters.

Redditor GreenyRepublic recently posted pictures of a hand-painted resin-printed chess set that they made for a friend. The paintwork is just spot on for an almost marble-looking set, and sadly, because it is a one-of-a-kind item, GreenyRepublics friend is the only lucky one here.
The set features The Great Warrior Jar Iron Fist Alexander as the pawn, and according to quite a few of the Reddit posts, he has been shamefully misrepresented. Marika and Rennala make up the Queens for the set, Godfrey and Radagon the Kings, the Tree Sentinel is used for the Knight, and we have the Turtle Pope as the Bishop. The Rooks, or Castles, are made up of the Walking Mausoleums and look right at home.
As a lover of both chess and Elden Ring, it hurts me that I won’t be able to buy a set just like this, but GreenyRepublic has shown where he got the files from to create the set, and as an owner of a 3D printer, I might just make this whole set myself! Cody to d3! I mean 3D!
