Terrifying Sims 4 Glitch Turns Children Into Horror Movie Monsters

Something terrifying is happening in The Sims 4, and I mean terrifying. Thanks to a glitch in the matrix, children throughout the game are turning into something best described as monsters worthy of any B-grade horror movie.

Anyone who has played the Sims will tell you that the franchise is no stranger to horrifying bugs and glitches. While some of these are as innocent as floating furniture, some glitches are genuinely unsettling, much like the one we’re discussing today.

In an image posted by Redditor Specialist-Layer9723, we can see how ridiculous this bug is. With the child’s elongated head and missing eyes, it’s easy to see why players find this child-only glitch disturbing.

i’m terrified. how do i fix this? LOL

Maxis recently released the Sims 4 Growing Together DLC pack. It hasn’t exactly gone smoothly, thanks to glitches affecting the children. Maxis has acknowledged this glitch and promised that a fix is coming. Until then, players must either look past the little monstrosities in their house or take a break from the game.

Searching online for a fix isn’t helpful either, with the most popular suggestion being “get an exorcism”. [Agreed, we need a young priest and an old priest, stat -Ed]

The Sims 4 is available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, and while games aren’t free, the glitches and bugs most certainly are.
