Joseph Staten, who many may know from his work as the creative lead for Halo Infinite or as a long-time writer for Bungie, has left Microsoft to work on an all-new AAA game at Netflix.
Over the years, Joseph Staten has had a significant impact on the Halo series. He has done everything from writing, directing, and even voice work for the franchise before becoming the head of creative on Halo Infinite.

Joseph Staten has also worked as the story director on the original Destiny. After leaving Bungie in 2013, he went to Microsoft, where he served as creative director on various titles, from Quantum Break to Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Now, Joseph Staten has decided to spread his wings once more and head on to new opportunities and projects over on Netflix.
Since 2021 Netflix has steadily been working on mobile game development with the promise of a triple AAA Pc game being in the works. So far, nothing more is known about this mystery project other than that Joseph Staten is now involved, so whatever is in the pipeline will surely be exciting.
