What have you done this morning? Woke up and brushed your teeth before shuffling to work? In that time, Blizzard has been busy and has officially revealed an entirely new hero heading to Overwatch 2, Lifeweaver.
Blizzard has yet to reveal much information about the latest champion. Still, we know that Lifeweaver will be a support hero and form part of Season 4 of the game.
We’ve also already seen the character’s splash art and design, heavily inspired by pink Lotus flowers. Judging from the background, Lifeweaver will be the first character to hail from Thailand.

Fans eager to know more about the champion, like how his design will influence his abilities and kit, will need to wait. Blizzard has announced they will be revealing more details tomorrow. Season 4 of Overwatch 2 will start on the 11th of April, the same day that Season 3 is set to end.
Blizzard has yet to reveal how players can obtain Lifeweaver. In all likelihood, the hero will follow the same formula as other heroes have for Overwatch 2, which means he will likely be included in the premium version of the Season 4 battle pass or as the free reward at tier 45 for everyone else.
After a somewhat rocky launch, Overwatch 2 has blossomed during Season 3, which boasted three extraordinary events to keep players engaged. Season 4 is expected to continue with this momentum. Blizzard has confirmed that events are in the works for the latest season, as is a thoroughly overhauled player progression system.
