Dust is already settling on last weekend’s Diablo 4 open beta event. Still, many who played the game during this time are finding it hard to shake and have tried to find out everything they can about what awaits them in the game’s final release.
Yesterday we covered an image that hit Reddit, revealing that the beta area players got to explore was just a tiny portion of the overall map. We also delved into some fan theories about who the mysterious Bloodied Wolf character could be, and after playing the beta, we also wrote a piece on our first impressions of the game. And today, we’re back, but this time we’re talking about Legendary powers.
Late last night, Diablo 4 Director Joseph Piepiora revealed via his Twitter account that players can expect to see even more Legendary powers when the game is released. According to Joseph Piepiora, the number of Legendary powers will far exceed what was available in the open beta.
Joseph Piepiora stated that the Codex of Power would contain only half of the available Legendary powers in the game, with the rest being found later.
I don’t think folks realize how many more legendary powers exist beyond what was on display during the #DiabloIV beta.
There is a lot of bizarre, exciting and totally balanced legendaries to discover when the game goes live in June!
