Mageseeker, The Action-RPG Spin-Off Of League of Legends Is Coming Soon

I have a question for you, dear reader, have you been playing any of the games that have come out of Riot Games’ Riot Forge label? I’m talking about Hextech Mayhem, Ruined King etc. and if so, how do you feel about them? now

I’ll be honest with you. At this point, I see Riot Forge games pretty much as Pokemon. I mean, I own all of them, but it’s also because I feel so invested in the world of League of Legends it almost feels like I need to. However, it’s a lot if I’ve spent more than a day in any of the games.

Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is the latest Riot Forge game to be announced and officially revealed following its leak online last month. It will be the third release in the League of Legends Story spin-off series, but it looks entirely different from any games that have come before. This time, Riot Forge has gone for a 2D hi-bit pixel action RPG with players taking on the role of Sylas.

The game is set in Demacia. As Sylas, players are on a quest for vengeance that will shatter Demacia’s deceptive peace. While this is all we know about Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story so far, Riot Games has updated us on two of their other games announced last year.

Convergence: A League of Legends Story, the time-manipulating action-platformer, is now set to arrive sometime this summer (so between June and August) and the single-player adventure game Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story has been scheduled for an autumn release (September to December).
