Nintendo revealed yesterday that their latest Nintendo Direct live stream will be kicking off today featuring roughly “40 minutes of information mostly focused on Nintendo Switch games launching this winter.” That’s summer for us in the Southern Hemisphere.
The last major Direct was in February earlier this year. While Nintendo chose not to hold its usual summer showcase in June, we have had some game-focused Direct’s with the most recent being in August for Splatoon 3, which was released last week.
While this Direct will likely feature several new games, with rumours flying around that Metroid Prime could come to the switch, many are hoping for an update on Zelda, which has been delayed to 2023.
Head over to Nintendo’s YouTube today at 16:00 (SA time) to watch the live stream or keep this window open and watch it below.
