Cooler Master has announced the upcoming Summer Summit 2021. Inability to attend physical events due to the global pandemic has forced Cooler Master to host their own Summer Summit to showcase new products, projects and services that excel in both form and function.
The Summit will be held digitally via web-conferencing software, ‘Gather Town’. Gather Town is a service very similar to Zoom, however, it comes with the added component of seeing the virtual room you and others in your meeting are occupying. Using Gather Town, Cooler Master hopes to mimic a real-life technology show with a fun, interactive twist. With their very own 8bit island accommodating everyone from media professionals to business representatives, content creators and the public Cooler Master Community, create your own 8bit avatar and explore everything the Summer Summit has to offer. Interact with products, meet with Cooler Master employees, and complete easter eggs to win prizes, the Cooler Master Summer Summit 2021 has everything a real-life technology show has to offer, but with the bonus of viewing it all from the comfort of your own home.
You’ll also be able to catch a glimpse of the GamePod, a multi-purpose workstation with full immersion in mind. It’s a sleek, semi-enclosed desk space is housed in a fully automated motorised shuttle dome for superior privacy. Visual and audio capabilities truly elevate the immersion: the GamePod supports up to three 27-inch monitors, and surround sound speakers are housed directly in the workstation to create a realistic, accurate soundstage even without headphones.
In addition, a newly designed ergonomic recliner provides an adjustable headrest, lumbar support, and footrest for comfort customized to you. The GamePod is compatible with multiple different PC and monitor configurations, with the ability to set up a console for gaming capabilities as well.
