More importantly, though, you can pet the crocodile. His name’s Guapo, and he’s a good boy. Yes, he is. Who’s a good boy? Peaches. Uh, I mean Guapo. Peaches is a good girl, though.
Subsequent to this weekend’s gameplay debut (embedded up top), Ubisoft has announced that Far Cry 6 is out on 7 October on PC and consoles. Besides the introduction of choose-your-gender game protagonist Dani Rojas, a “military dropout” and prospective hero of the Yaran revolución, the video features two of the game’s adorable henchies-for-hire, Guapo the crocodile and Chorizo the dachshund. You can pet Chorizo too, if that’s more your thing. Don’t get me wrong, I love me a wiener doggo on wheels, but Guapo is – how do I explain this? – a fucking crocodile.

Far Cry 6 also supports solo and co-op for two players, according to the press stuff, but we don’t know for the moment if the same campaign progress limitation of previous games applies.
