South African streamer Grant Hinds joins Bettr banking startup

Local Neon Hair Weekly pin-up model and super-mega-hyperactive gamer itz-ur-boiiiii Grant Hinds has partied up with Bettr to help make “video gaming, streaming, and esports more accessible and affordable” for its users. Let’s get responsible retirement annuities trending, yo!

Debuted in September 2020, the company is prepping to launch its Bettr.App “soon”, according to the press stuff, with Grant’s multi-class marketing, tech, and content creator XP boosts.

“We don’t have services as content creators that cater to the way we make money. Banking establishments have stifled that – they really have squashed our capability of making money. We need a bank that legitimises what we’re earning and how we’re earning that money – as a career, and helps us build a credit score for a brand new world,” he explains.

“I’m going to be taking the lead on building tools for us gamers and content creators that understand the businesses we have, that can make our jobs easier, and that we can integrate into the work that we currently do.”

Besides the futuristic convenience of banking on your phone, Bettr’s features include “smarter, easier, self-managed tools” to budget your spending and save cash and zero monthly fees. Also, custom merch.

#DOPE. That’s a thing the kids say on the SnapToks, isn’t it?

You can sign up now for Bettr via WhatsApp and be first in the VIP queue like a boss when it’s out.
